All orders are processed within 1-7 business days . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
No refunds for items on sale (discounted products or services)

If they want to change the size they has to pay the extra charges and the cost of the delivery .
No refunds or exchange for special order, (the customer gave us specific sizes and specifications ).
Customers can exchange the product with a new one by contacting us
